Foundations
In 1971, Mr. Prabhakar Ganapatrao Pathare began with piling and foundation work — the unseen strength beneath Bombay's institutions, from Bombay Port Trust to K.E.M. Hospital, Pune.

Construction
The practice grew into full construction — hospitals, schools, churches and residences across Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Saudi Arabia, delivered time-bound and without compromise.

Redevelopment
Rajan Pathare brought Parsn into redevelopment in 2007. The legacy continues with ongoing redevelopments in various parts of Mumbai including Kurla and Chembur, delivering renewed homes and dreams to home buyers in modern homes.

2005 – 20
The redevelopment decade
10+ redevelopment projects across Kurla and Chembur — older societies returned to their residents as modern homes.
1990 – 2000
High Court Judges Residency, BKC
High Court Judges Buildings, major MBMC office buildings and clubhouses; St. Joseph Church for priests, Our Lady of Nazareth Church and Holy Cross School.
1975 – 76
Nariman Point
Piling works of 40% of a multistoried building at Nariman Point, executed successfully.
1973 – 74
K.E.M. Hospital, Pune
Piling works for the multistoried Diamond Jubilee Building — later appreciated by the late Prime Minister.
1972 – 73
Saudi Projects and Bombay Port Trust
Executed piling works in Saudi, 40% of Bombay Port Trust piling and the Chennai Sachivalay.
1971 – 72
St. Xavier College, Annex Building
The first chapter — an annex for one of Bombay's most storied institutions.
